A Trek through Ireland

Join us on a whiskey journey through Ireland with your host, Travis, as we take you through 7 whiskies from 5 of the distilleries he visited on his recent trip around the Emerald Isle - with a collection of Irish whiskies not available in Australia!
We'll be starting in Northern Ireland, with a distillery exclusive single malt from Bushmills, before jumping the full length of the emerald isle and arriving at the West Cork distillery in Skibbereen where we'll sample 2 whiskies that aren't available in Australia (yet - we hope!). Shuffling eastward through County Cork, we'll find ourselves at the wonderland of whiskey - the Midleton Distillery where we pick up the new Jameson Single Pot Still, which also hasn't yet made it to these shores.
After Midleton we head up to Dublin where we find the instigators of Dublin's latest whiskey renaisance - the Teeling Distillery. We have 2 whiskies from Teeling; a distillery exclusive red wine chestnut cask, and a hand-filled bottle of single pot still from a single first fill red wine cask.
Concluding our tour of Ireland we head back down the coast to Ireland's oldest city, Waterford - where we find Mark Reynier's (of resurrecting Bruichladdich fame) latest venture, the Waterford Distillery. From Waterford we have a distillery-exclusive Micro Cuvee - a seasonal release from (northern) Autumn 2022.
